Our Christmas Tea has a creamy roundedness that goes well in the symfoni of star anise, ginger, cardamom pod, clove buds and ends with a touch of the pink pepper. Still fresh from the orange peel and tends to be sweet.
Brewing instruction: Infuse in 100°C water for 4 min.
